Garlic Scapes
The scapes grow from the top of the garlic and need to be removed around June. They can be used in recipes just like garlic. They look similar to fresh chives. Saute, roast, pickle or add them to soups, pastas dishes, salads and more.

Georgian Fire
It has a traditional garlic flavor. The raw flavor is powerful that has a lingering garlic aftertaste. Great choice for salsa. It averages 6-8 cloves per bulb.

German Red
German Red has a hot, zingy and spicy flavor that is strong and sticks around until the next bite. If you enjoy true, strong garlic flavor, then you’ll love this variety. Each bulb has about 8-12 cloves. This is great for pickling and salsa.

Persian Star
This is another new variety for us! It has a mild spicy and zingy flavor. It becomes sweet when roasted. It averages 8-12 cloves per bulb.

Siberian
Hot, spicy and full of flavor. The flavor will tamper off the longer you store it. It is a larger bulb that provides 6-8 large cloves. Great for roasting, salsa or homemade sauces.

Spanish Roja
Spanish roja provides a superb classic and rich flavor with a smoother finish. Each bulb has 8-12 cloves with beautiful color. Great for roasting, grilling and in bruschetta.

Guaranteed Large Garlic Bulbs
Each bulb is 2 inches or great in diameter, so there is no messing around with smaller garlic bulbs.
Interested in planting your own garlic? We recommend purchasing large garlic that is 2 inches or more in diameter. Larger garlic cloves will get a good start to produce a quality bulb.
